רשת מלונות פתאל צופה: הכנסות של 5.1-5.7 מיליארד שקל בשנת 2022

רשת המלונות שבשליטת המלונאי דוד פתאל מעריכה כי תעמוד בכל מחויבויותיה עד סוף השנה. רווח תפעולי של 1.500-1.700 מיליארד שקל. כיצד סיימה הרשת את הרבעון הראשון של 2022?

רשת מלונות פתאל אומנם סיימה את הרבעון הראשון של 2022 בהפסד של כ-272.56 מיליון שקל, אך ברשת אופטימיים לגבי המשך השנה. הרשת שבשליטת המלונאי דוד פתאל, סיימה את הרבעון הראשון של השנה הנוכחית עם הכנסות של כ-751.95 מיליון שקל. ברשת מעריכים כי ההכנסות בשנת 2022 בגין שירותי אירוח ואחרות יסתכמו לסך של 5.100-5.700 מיליארד שקל. עוד מעריכים בפתאל כי הרווח התפעולי יסתכם השנה בסך של 1.500-1.700 מיליארד שקל. זאת ועוד, על פי הערכה, מספר המלונות הפעילים של הרשת ב-2022 יסתכם בכ-202 מלונות. נכון ליום 31 במרץ 2022 לרשת 195 מלונות פעילים הכוללים כ-43 חדרים מתוכם כ-18 אלף חדרים מצויים במלונות שהחברה הינה בעלת מלוא או חלק מהזכויות בהם וכ-25 אלף חדרים המצויים במלונות שהחברה שוכרת או מנהלת. רשת פתאל מעריכה כי הפעולות שבוצעו בהתייעלות בזמן הקורונה יחד עם מזומנים ושווי מזומנים בסך של כ-500 מיליון שקל, שברשות הקבוצה בסמוך למועד הדו"ח, לצד התאוששות התיירות העולמית ועלייה משמעותית בצבר ההזמנות, יאפשרו לה לעמוד בכל מחויבויותיה בשנה שלאחר מועד אישור הדוחות הכספיים לכל הפחות שיאפשר את החזרה לשגרת פעילות מדורגת ללא צורך בצעדים נוספים.
