קלאב מד משיקה תוכנית חרום למען האורחים

התוכנית נועדה לספק לכל אורח כיסוי מקיף להוצאות רפואיות והוצאות נלוות הקשורות למגפת הקורונה עד 30 באפריל 2021

התוכנית הייחודית לשעת חרום של רשת המלונאות הבינלאומית, קלאב מד, כוללת תשלום עבור שהות בבית חולים, פינוי רפואי ודיור למלווה לצורך שהייה ממושכת לצד מאושפז. התוכנית מבטיחה גם, שהילדים בכל מקרה יטופלו, אם יהיה צורך לאשפז את המבוגרים. תוכנית קלאב מד כולל גם מדיניות של ביטול בחינם במידה ואורח צריך לבטל את שהייתו במלון. עפ"י מדיניות זו, כל אורח המבטל עד 15 יום לפני תאריך הכניסה הצפויה למלון יקבל החזר מלא. המדיניות תימשך עד 18 בדצמבר 2020. קלאב מד מחויבת גם להבטיח את שלומם של אנשי הצוות והאורחים במלונותיהם ובאתרי הנופש שלהם. עם פרוטוקולי ה-Safe Together של הרשת , האורחים יזכו לתנאי תברואה, היגיינה ובדיקות בריאות יומיומיות.
