רווח של 124.5 מיליון שקל לאפריקה ישראל בחצי השנה הראשונה

רשת המלונות רשמה רווח של 4.2 מיליון שקל ברבעון השני של 2017 בזכות מכירת מלונות , זאת לעומת רווח של 3.2 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד, ההכנסות ירדו לסך של 76 מיליון שקל

מלונות אפריקה ישראל שנמכרו לאחרונה למשפחת דיין סיימו את הרבעון הראשון של 2017 עם רווח של 4.2 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של 3.2 מיליון שקל אשתקד. ההכנסות ירדו לסך של 76.8 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של 106.8 מיליון שקל אשתקד. הרווח הגולמי ירד לסך של 40.5 מיליון שקל לעומת 56 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה. בזכות מכירת המלונות הרשת סיימה את המחצית הראשונה של 2017 עם רווח של כ-124.5 מיליון שקל לעומת הפסד של כ-3.5 מיליון שקל אשתקד. מכירת המלונות הכניסו לרשת 120 מיליון שקל במחצית הראשונה של 2017, ובזכותם הרווח התפעולי צמח לסך של 127 מיליון שקל לעומת 7.5 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד. ההכנסות ירדו לסך של 139 מיליון שקל לעומת הכנסות של כ-190.5 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה.
