רשת מלונות דן סיימה את הרבעון הראשון לשנת 2021 עם הפסד של 44.392 מיליון שקל

זאת לעומת הפסד של 90.431 ברבעון המקביל ב-2020. ההכנסות ירדו ב-44.6%. בחברה מציינים קיימת השפעה מהותית לרעה על תוצאותיה העסקיות, הן מבחינת ההכנסות והן מבחינת הרווחיות התפעולית והרווח הנקי, וזאת בעיקר עקב מגבלות התנועה לישראל וממנה

רשת מלונות דן פרסמה את הדו״ח הכספי שלה לרבעון הראשון של 2021 בו דיווחה על הפסד של 44.392 מיליון שקל, לעומת הפסד של 90.431 מיליון שקל ברבעון הראשון ב-2020. לאור הקורונה, ההכנסות צנחו ב-44.6% לסך של כ-139.1 מיליון שקל, לעומת כ-251 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד. ההפסד התפעולי לפני פחת ומימון הסתכם לסך של 14.5 מיליון שקל, לעומת הפסד תפעולי לפני פחת ומימון בסך של כ-5.5 מיליון שקל אשתקד. ההפסד התפעולי הסתכם לסך של כ-47 מיליון שקל, לעומת הפסד של כ-82.4 מיליון שקל אשתקד. ביום 31.3.2021, הסתכם ההון של החברה בכ-971.5 מיליון שקל שהם כ-38.9% מסך הנכסים בדוח על המצב הכספי. ההתחייבויות השוטפות לתאריך זה, הסתכמו לסך של כ-802.5 מיליון שקל, לעומת כ-655.4 מיליון שקל, נכון ליום 31.12.2021. בחברה מציינים כי נכון למועד הדיווח קיימת השפעה מהותית לרעה על תוצאותיה העסקיות של החברה, הן מבחינת ההכנסות והן מבחינת הרווחיות התפעולית והרווח הנקי, וזאת בעיקר עקב מגבלות התנועה לישראל וממנה. הקבוצה מעריכה כי צפויה השפעה מהותית מתמשכת לרעה על תוצאותיה העסקיות בשנת 2021 והיא תמשיך לעקוב אחר ההתפתחויות והשפעות נגיף הקורונה בארץ ובעולם. עוד מציינת דן כי עדיין נוקטת בפעולות לצמצום הוצאותיה והתאמתן לפעילותה, בין היתר, צמצום כוח האדם של הקבוצה, הפחתת שכר והפחתת מספר ימי עבודה.
