רשת מלונות דן סיימה את השנה שחלפה בהפסד של 129.194 מיליון שקל

משבר הקורונה הכה גם ברשת מלונות דן שסיימה את השנה בהפסד גדול, לעומת רווח של 118.586 מיליון שקל בשנת 2019. ההכנסות ירדו לסך של כ-748 מיליון שקל, ונרשם הפסד תפעולי של 120.324 מיליון שקל

רשת מלונות דן סיימה את 2020 עם הפסד של 129.194 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של 118.586 מיליון שקל ב-2019 , ירידה של כ-50%, כאשר משבר הקורונה הכה גם ברשת המלונות הישראלית היציבה.. ההכנסות צנחו לסך של 747.844 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של 1.497,363 מיליארד שקל ב-2019 . הרשת בגלל הקורונה רשמה הפסד מירידת ערך רכוש קבוע בסך של כ-47 מיליון שקל. הרשת רשמה הפסד תפעולי של 120.324 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח תפעולי של 185.924 מיליון שקל ב-2019 . הרשת סיימה את הרבעון הרביעי של 2020 עם הפסד של 18.196 מיליון שקל לעומת רווח של 14.686 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל ב-2019. ההכנסות ברבעון הרביעי של 2020 נחתכו ב-64.6% לסך של 132.7 מיליון שקל לעומת סך של 374.8 מיליון שקל ברבעון המקביל אשתקד. ההון של החברה ליום 31.12.2020 , הסתכם בסך של כ-1.013.7 מיליארד שקל. לחברה יתרות מזומנים בסך של 169.4 מיליון שקל. שכרו של שחר בן מובחר כהנא מנכ"ל טיב וטעים הסתכם בסך של 1.441 מיליון שקל ברוטו. שכר של 1.201 מיליון שקל ומענק בסך של 240 אלף שקל. שכרו של נח גרינוולד משנה למנכ"ל כספים הסתכם לסך של 1.322 מיליון שקל, ברוטו, שכר של 982 אלף שקל, מענק בסך של 340 אלף שקל. שכרו של המנכ"ל, רונן ניסנבאום הסתכם בסך של 1.188 מיליון שקל ברוטו.
