החברים של תלמה: איך מעבירים עובדי חברת תלמה את החל"ת?

כ-450 עובדי חברת התיירות תלמה יצא ב-15 במארס לחופשה ללא תשלום (חל"ת) ממנה לא שבו עד היום. "בפסח כשהבנו שזה לא הולך להסתיים בקרוב, הקמנו את 'תלמה קמפוס' והתחלנו להעביר דרך הזום תכנים ייעודיים לעובדי החברה, מעין הכשרה ורענון לעובדים בחל"ת", אומרת דניאלה סער, סמנכ"לית משאבי אנוש בתלמה תיירות. "כשראינו שהמשבר מתמשך עוד ועוד", מוסיפה סער, "החלטנו להרחיב את מגוון התכנים. כך למשל, פעמיים בשבוע העברנו לעובדים בזום הרצאות בנושאי בריאות, תזונה ובישול. בהמשך יצרנו קשר עם למעלה מ-40 מדריכי סיורים ברחבי העולם שיצאו עם העובדים שלנו לסיורים וירטואליים בעולם. קראנו לזה 'בינתיים טסים בהליכה'. יצאנו לסיורי גלריות, קולינריה, היסטוריה, אומנות ועוד. זה עשה כזה באז שמדריכים ישראלים ברחבי העולם יצרו איתנו קשר וביקשו להשתתף במיזם". לדבריה, בקרוב יועברו ב'תלמה קמפוס' גם קורסים להיכרות עם שוק ההון, למידת השפה הערבית המדוברת ועוד".

ארז שמול ויובל בנאי. צילום: יחצ תלמה נסיעות במקביל, מדי יום חמישי בשעה 16:00 מקיים ארז שמול, מנכ"ל ובעלי חברת תלמה נסיעות מפגש "ארז מארח חברים" עם אמנים שונים. עד כה התארחו אצל ארז בסלון ביתו בת"א שלומי ברכה, שמעון בוסקילה ויובל בנאי. "כ-150 מעובדי תלמה עולים בזום למפגשים האלה ונהנים גם ממפגש עם שאר העובדים שלא ראו זמן רב ומפגש אינטימי עם האמן כולל הופעה".
