נמנעה תאונה אווירית בשדה התעופה באילת

מטוס הרקולס אמריקאי, שהיה בדרך לנחיתה בעקבה, התלבש על הפיינל לנחיתה של שדה התעופה באילת ונוצרה קרבה לתהליך הנחיתה של מטוס ארקיע. מגדל הפיקוח זיהה את המתרחש והסיט את המטוס המריקאי למסלול הנכון.

רשות שדות התעופה עדכנה היום (ה') כי מטוס הרקולס אמריקאי מדגם C130, שהייה בטיסה מבחריין לעקבה, התלבש על הפיינל לנחיתה של שדה התעופה באילת, במקום להתייצב על מסלול הנחיתה של עקבה.

כתוצאה מכך נוצרה קרבה לתהליך הנחיתה של מטוס ארקיע, שהיה בדרך לנחיתה באילת.

מגדל הפיקוח זיהה את המתרחש והסיט את המטוס האמריקאי למסלול הנכון.
