וויז אייר לא עוצרת: תשיק קו ישיר בין ת"א לסופיה

חברת הלואו קוסט ההונגרית ממשיכה להרחיב את אחיזתה בשוק התעופה הישראלי לאחר שהודיעה על השקת שלוש טיסות שבועיות החל מחודש מאי הקרוב בין היעדים. דובר וויז אייר, דניאל דה קרבאליו: "מקווים שהנתיב יזכה בפופולאריות"

ממשיכה להתרחב. חברת הלואו קוסט ההונגרית "וויז אייר" הודיעה היום (חמישי) על השקת קו עתידי וישיר בין תל אביב לסופיה, בירת בולגריה. 

הקו אשר יושק רשמית החל מחודש מאי 2014 יופעל במתכונת של שלוש טיסות שבועיות (ימי שני, רביעי ושישי) ובאמצעות מטוס מדגם איירבוס 320 בעלי 180 מושבים. תחזית קיבולת השנתית עבור הקו החדש עומדת נכון להיום על כ-250 אלף מושבים.

דניאל דה קרבאליו, דובר "וויז אייר" התייחס להשקת הקו החדש וסיפר כי "המחוייבות של וויז אייר לבולגריה מודגשת היום שוב על ידי הכרזת הנתיב החדש. תל אביב כעת נגישה יותר בדמי עלות נמוכים מסופיה. אנו מקווים שהנתיב יזכה בפופולאריות בדיוק כמו שאר 16 הנתיבים ברשת הבולגרית".

עוד הוסיף לציין דה קראבליו כי "אנו מקווים שסופיה תרוויח מייבוא התיירים מישראל אשר יעוררו יצירת מקומות עבודה בענפי התיירות והאירוח. מצד שני אנחנו גם בטוחים שצרכנים בולגרים יעריכו ביקור בתל אביב היפה בכל ימות השנה וכזו שתהפוך ליעד פופולארי לסופי שבוע בהיותה עיר ידידותית וחמה".

בכך למעשה מרחיבה חברת התעופה את אחיזתה בשוק התעופה הישראלי כיאה לרפורמת "השמים הפתוחים" שהונהגה על ידי שר התחבורה, ישראל כץ בחודש נובמבר האחרון, ומצטרפת ליעדי טיסה נוספים כמו בודפשט, בוקרשט, ורשה, קטוויצה, קלוז', קייב, וילנה ועוד.
