אשת התיירות הוותיקה הצטרפה לקבוצת התיירות ששינתה לאחרונה את הרכב הבעלות. בתפקידה האחרון שימשה כמנכ"לית חברת איילה נסיעות, ולפני כן היתה סמנכ"לית החטיבה העסקית של חברת דיזנהאוז BTC

איריס מאור, הצטרפה לקבוצת תלמה שלמה ותשמש כמנהלת הפיתוח העסקי של החברה. כזכור, החברה שינתה לאחרונה את הרכב הבעלות, כאשר ארז שמול נשאר עם שליש מהמניות, קבוצת שלמה תחזיק בעוד שליש ובית ההשקעות מור וחברה בבעלות משפחת נפתלי מחזיקה בעוד שליש. מאור, בעלת ניסיון רב בענף הנסיעות והתיירות, תפעל לצידם של ארז שמול ואייה מגן. מאור, שימשה כמנכ”לית חברת התיירות “איילה נסיעות”,עד חודש יולי 2020, ובעקבות משבר הקורונה ביקשה לסיים את תפקידה בחברה. כך כתבה מאור, לאחר עזיבתה את איילה נסיעות: “בעקבות משבר הקורונה והשפעתו על ענף התיירות וכתוצאה מכך צמצום הפעילות של חברת איילה, ביקשתי מבעלי החברה לסיים את תפקידי וזאת מתוך הבנה שייקח לחברת איילה ולענף כולו זמן להתאושש מהמצב”. ב-14 השנים שקדמו לעבודתה באיילה נסיעות, שימשה כסמנכ”לית החטיבה העסקית של חברת דיזנהאוז BTC, ולפני כן שימשה כסוכנת ומנהלת סוכנות נסיעות בירושלים.
