אל על דחתה תשלום חלק מעמלות היתר לסוכני נסיעות של שנת 2019

שוב זה קורה. סוכני נסיעות זועמים על החלטת אל על לדחות את תשלום עמלות היתר המגיעה להם בגין פעילות בשנת 2019. אל על בתגובה: "איננו נוהגים לנהל את השיח עם סוכני הנסיעות באמצעות התקשורת"

אל על שוב דחתה את התשלום של חלק מעמלות היתר שהייתה צריכה לשלם היום (שישי) לסוכני נסיעות עבור שנת 2019. למרות שאוטוטו שנת 2020 מסתיימת, באל על הודיעו השבוע לסוכני נסיעות כי בגלל שקופת החברה ריקה עקב משבר הקורונה והעובדה שהחברה עדיין לא קיבלה את ההלוואה בערבות מדינה, תאלץ לדחות את התשלום. בשיחות פנימיות, סוכני נסיעות הביעו זעם וכעס רב על כך שעליהם להמתין זמן רב כל כך על פעילות שהייתה בשנת 2019, הרבה לפני התפרצות נגיף הקורונה. סוכני הנסיעות מעריכים כי לא יראו את כספם לפני חודש פברואר 2021. גורמים בסביבת אל על ציינו מאידך כי סוכני נסיעות קיבלו בהבנה גדולה את דחיית התשלום. מאל על נמסר בתגובה: "לאל על מערכת יחסי אמון ועבודה משותפת עם אלפי סוכני נסיעות לאורך השנים. באשר לסוגיות מסחריות, איננו נוהגים לנהל את השיח עם סוכני הנסיעות באמצעות התקשורת".
