משבר הקורונה הולך ומעמיק. ארקיע מודיעה כי לאור הנחיות משרד הבריאות ומיעוט הנוסעים, החברה משהה את כל טיסותיה בקו נתב"ג-אילת עד סוף חופשת הפסח והתבהרות המצב. בתוך כך, רשות שדות התעופה מודיעה כי לאחר ניתוח מבצעי תעופתי, תנועת הנוסעים והצורך לשמר את התעופה הפנים ארצית מאילת ולאילת - החל מיום רביעי, 18/03/2020, ועד לסוף חודש אפריל, נמל התעופה רמון יהיה פעיל בין השעות 06:00 עד 22:00 ונמל התעופה ייסגר לפעילות לילית. הודעת טייס (נוטאם) נמסרה לחברות התעופה שטסות לנמל התעופה רמון. מארקיע נמסר בנוסף: "כי למרות ההשהיה הזמנית ארקיע ערוכה לחידוש פעילות מיידי, פנים ארצי ובינלאומי כאשר המצב ישוב לשגרה"
