בעקבות ההקלות בדבר כניסת תיירים לארצות הברית החל מנובמבר 2021 דרך אירופה, קבוצת התעופה הגדולה אייר פראנס KLM, יוצאת במחירי מבצע מיוחדים לטסים מישראל. המבצע מתייחס לכרטיסי טיסה במחלקות העסקים, פרימיום אקונומי ומחלקת התיירים ליעדים נבחרים בעולם, אך לארה״ב וצפון אמריקה רק החל מה-1 בנובמבר. הכרטיסים שירכשו בתקופת המבצע (להזמנה עד לתאריך ה-10/10/2021), הינם עבור טיסות היוצאות מהארץ בין התאריכים: 29/09/2021-17/12/2021 ובין ה-06/01/2022-31/05/2022. יעדים ומחירים לדוגמה במחלקת הביזנס: טיסות לפריז החל מ-$1,099 טיסות לצפון אמריקה החל מ-$2,499 טיסות לדרום / מרכז אמריקה החל מ-$1,899 מחלקת ה"ביזנס" בטיסות אייר פראנס במטוס האיירבאס A350-900 . על הקו ל/מ תל אביב כוללת תור מקוצר בשדה התעופה ועדיפות בקבלת הכבודה, מושבים מרווחים עם הטיית מושב עד 180 מעלות, 2 מזוודות עבור כל נוסע, אוכל גורמה ועוד. צפון האוקיינוס ​​האטלנטי הוא הציר החשוב ביותר לטווח הארוך של קבוצת אייר פראנס KLM, ומהווה כ -40% מהכנסות הקבוצה. אייר פראנס ו- KLM יחד עם שותפותיה דלתא ווירג'ין הפעילו כ 340 טיסות טרנס -אטלנטיות מדי יום לפני מגיפת ה – COVID19. צילום 123rf
