זינוק בהכנסות מלונות ישראל קנדה: סיימו את המחצית הראשונה של השנה עם הכנסה של כ-31.600 מיליון שקל

מלונות ישראל קנדה תחת המנכ"ל ראובן אלקס, סיימו את מחצית השנה הראשונה עם הכנסה של כ-31.600 מיליון שקל לעומת 4.135 מיליון שקל בתקופה המקבילה אשתקד. עיקר ההכנסה ברבעון השני שהסתיימה עם הכנסה של כ-25.400 מיליון שקל. המלונות של קבוצת ישראל קנדה נמצאים בהליך צמיחה משמעותי, כאשר עיקר ההכנסות בחצי השנה הראשונה של השנה, נרשמו בגין הפעלת מלונות טמרס ופרייד ים המלח שבקבוצה שהכניסו כ-23 מיליון שקל. בגין מלון סוליי אילת נרשמה הכנסה של כ-5 מיליון שקל, מלון נופי גונן רשם הכנסה של כ-3 מיליון שקל. עלות הפעלת בתי המלון הסתכמה בסך של 32.246 מיליון שקל לעומת כ-4500 מיליון שקל אשתקד. עיקר עלות ההפעלה הייתה בגין מלונות טמרס כ-24 מיליון שקל. בחברה מציינים כי התפוסות בחודשים יולי ואוגוסט ועד למועד פרסום הדוח גבוהות אף יותר משהיו בעבר בתקופה שלפני הקורונה. הגידול מוסבר במגבלות הקיימות על ידי תיירות בחו"ל.
