סערת השרה גמליאל להכרעת היועמ"ש

המשטרה העבירה היום (שלישי) להכרעת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, אביחי מנדלבליט, את ממצאי הבדיקה שערכה בנוגע לשרה להגנת הסביבה, גילה גמליאל, שנדבקה בקורונה והפרה חובת בידוד

משטרת ישראל סיימה את הבדיקה שערכה בעניינה של השרה להגנת הסביבה ולשעבר השרה לשוויון חברתי, גילה גמליאל (ליכוד) והעבירה הבוקר (שלישי) את הממצאים להכרעת היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, אביחי מנדלבליט. השרה גמליאל הפרה בצורה בוטה ובניגוד למצופה מנבחר ציבור את ההנחיות הברורות לפיהן אמורה הייתה לפעול לאחר שנמצאה מאומתת לקורונה. על אף שנדבקה בנגיף, גמליאל, תושבת תל אביב, בחרה להעביר את יום הכיפורים האחרון עם משפחתו של בעלה בטבריה. ואף יותר מזה, התפללה שם בבית כנסת. דברים אלו עוררו סערה ציבורית נרחבת גם ברשתות החברתיות. הבוקר פרסמנו כאן כי הדבר עורר זעם גם בענף התיירות והתעופה. כך כתב אורי סירקיס, מנכ”ל ישראייר בדף הפייסבוק שלו: “היא הייתה השרה לשוויון חברתי. זכות השוויון החברתי היא הסיבה לאיסור על הישראלים לטוס לחו”ל, על פי ראש מערך בריאות הציבור במשרד הבריאות. בסך הכל סיבה הגיונית. השרה נסעה לטבריה, מתל אביב שזה קצת יותר מק”מ, רק בכדי לתמוך בעיר שהולכת לספוג, בתום החגים, מכה כלכלית אנושה נוספת, בשל קריסת התיירות הצליינית בסוף השנה האזרחית”.
