ישראל קנדה על סף סגירת עסקת מלונות טמרס

למרות המשבר בענף המלונאות, חברת ישראל-קנדה שבבעלות ברק רוזן ואסי טוכמאייר נמצאת על סף סגירת עסקה לרכישת מלון דניאל ים המלח וניהול מלונות ווסט ת"א ואשדוד של רשת טמרס שבבעלות פויו זבלודוביץ'

עסקת המלונות של ישראל קנדה שבבעלות ברק רוזן ואסי טוכמאייר עם רשת מלונות טמרס שבבעלות פויו זבלודוביץ' - על סף סגירה, כך נודע לפספורטניוז. במסגרת העסקה, הזרוע המלונאית של ישראל קנדה צפויה לרכוש את מלון דניאל ים המלח ( 302 חדרים ו-12 סוויטות) ותנהל את מלונות ווסט ת"א (65 סוויטות) ומלון ווסט אשדוד (113 סוויטות וחדרים). המגעים בין ישראל קנדה ורשת טמרס מתנהלים למעלה מחודשיים וחצי. לאחר בדיקת נאותות שערכה ישראל קנדה, הגיעו הצדדים לישורת האחרונה ונמצאים כאמור על סף סגירת העסקה. במקביל וכפי שפורסם בפספורטניוז, רשת מלונות קראון פלאה צפויה לנהל את בית המלון הנוסף של טמרס בעיר נתניה. דווקא בתקופה זו של משבר מקומי וגלובלי בענף המלונאות, ישראל קנדה מעמיקה את כניסתה לתחום. מאידך, דווקא בתקופה כזו ניתן להשקיע כהשקעה ארוכת טווח במחירים שלא ניתן היה להשיג טרום מגפת הקורונה. כזכור, ישראל קנדה מינתה בשנה שעברה את ראובן אלקס, לשעבר מנכ"ל רשת מלונות פתאל, לנהל את הזרוע המלונאית שלה. אלקס שותף ב-20% בזרוע זו. החברה, הנסחרת בבורסת ת"א לפי שווקי שוק של 1.501 מיליארד שקל, הודיעה אתמול (רביעי) כי סיימה את המסחר בעלייה של 0.81%. בשבוע האחרון הודיעה על כניסה לפרויקט פינוי ובינוי בגבעתיים, כניסה לתחום האנרגיה מתחדשת.
