ארקיע מציעה ללקוחותיה "כסף ארקיע" על טיסות שבוטלו

חברת התעופה השיקה פורטל ייעודי המאפשר להשתמש "בכסף ארקיע" במהלך השנה הקרובה, ומעניקה שווי כספי משמעותי ביחס למחיר הכרטיס ששולם לטיסה שבוטלה בעת משבר הקורונה. עוז ברלוביץ מנכ"ל ארקיע אינטרנשיונל: "השקענו משאבים בבניית פורטל אינטרנטי חדשני מהיר ונוח החוסך זמן המתנה למענה אנושי"

חברת ארקיע, אשר חוזרת לפעילות בתחילת חודש אוקטובר, השיקה פורטל אינטרנטי חדש. לדברי חברת ארקיע, בפורטל נהחדש ניתן יהיה להשתמש ב"כסף ארקיע" לרכישת טיסות וחבילות נופש, או כבונוס בטיסות שאותו יוכלו לממש לכל טיסה או חבילה של ארקיע למשך שנה. ההטבה "בכסף ארקיע" תקפה להזמנות וטיסות שיתקיימו עד 31.12.2021. עוז ברלוביץ, מנכ"ל ארקיע אינטרנשיונל סיפר: "אנו שמחים לאפשר ללקוחות הנאמנים של ארקיע להשתמש ברכישת טיסות וחבילות נופש עם הטבה בשווי כספי משמעותי או בבונוס טיסות אותה יוכלו לממש לכל טיסה או חבילה של ארקיע למשך שנה. החברה מתכננת בשנת 2021 מערך של יעדים חדשים ומגוונים בין היתר למדינות המפרץ לדובאי ואבו דאבי. השקענו משאבים בבניית פורטל אינטרנטי חדשני מהיר ונוח החוסך זמן המתנה למענה אנושי. אני מזמין את לקוחות ארקיע להיכנס לפורטל דרך אתר האינטרנט של החברה". כזכור, ארקיע אמורה לחדש את פעילותה אחרי חצי שנה של הדממה, החל מ-2 באוקטובר בחברה יחזרו להפעיל טיסות לחו”ל והחל מ-11 באוקטובר יחודשו טיסות הפנים. כעת, עם הסגר הצפוי, מעניין יהיה לראות כיצד הוא ישפיע על החזרה של חברת התעופה לפעילות סדירה.
