על פי הפרטים שפרסמה החברה, אדם פרץ לחדר שבו שהתה הדיילת במסגרת תפקידה בבית מלון השייך לרשת יוקרתית בלונדון. הרקע למקרה לא ברור. "אנחנו זועמים על האירוע, עובדים בשיתוף המשטרה ובוחנים את סידורי הנסיעות והשהות של הצוותים"
