קבוצת איגרא והרודס בניה תובעות את רשות מקרקעי ישראל בסך של 2.600 מיליון שקל על העתקת תכנית בניית מלון

בתביעה נטען כי נרכשה קרקע ע"י התובעות להקמת קונספט מלונאי ייחודי וחדשני  ב"עמק ססגון"  אך בשל רשלנות של המדינה הפרויקט בוטל,  אך התכנית שהוכנה ע"י התובעות הועתקה אל קרקע אחרת ע"י מנהל מקרעי ישראל ומשרד התיירות

משרד התיירות החל בתשלום מענקי הקורונה למלונות התיירות הנכנסת עבור המחצית השנייה של 2021

כספי הסיוע על סך של 150 מיליון ₪ משולמים למלונות שהוכיחו שמחזור המכירות שלהם מתיירות נכנסת היה בגובה של 40% לפחות מסך המחזור ושחלה ירידה של לפחות של 40% במחזור המכירות שלהם לעומת ממוצע השנים 2018 ו-2019
